This means that our franchisees and employees will have the opportunity to become "Certified Simple Plan Advisors." This unique certification program will further equip our team with extensive knowledge about nutrition, meal planning, supplements and dietary requirements. It will ensure that we are well-versed in helping our customers meet their health and wellness goals with the utmost expertise and care.
We're committed to not just serving you with high-quality meals and supplements, but also providing you with credible nutrition guidance and support. This certification will ensure that when you're talking to a Simple Plan Advisor, you're speaking with someone who understands your nutritional needs and can provide expert advice to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Secondly, we're working on developing a system that will bring the Simple System meal plans to our storefronts. We want to make it easier for you to integrate our meals and supplements into your daily life. This innovative system will ensure that you not only get a variety of delectable and nutritious meals but also that those meals are tailored to your unique dietary needs and goals.
Whether you're aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle, our forthcoming meal plans will offer a comprehensive solution. You'll be able to walk into any of our stores and have a dedicated, certified Simple Plan Advisor assist you in creating a meal plan that aligns with your objectives.
Our Simple System will place a heavy focus on total calories, getting plenty of protein, getting enough fiber, and teaching you how to make substitutions and adjustments on the fly...so you can live life! Each meal plan will be tailored specifically for the client...no cookie-cutter 2,000 calories diets here.
Let's look at a case study...ME.
As the warmer months in Wisconsin were looming, I decided in the spring to create a meal plan for myself to shed a few pounds before the summer beach days.
Following the same focuses that the Simple System will feature, here's the meal plan I used every day utilizing Simple Plan meals and supplements...
Meal 1: Cookies & Cream Overnight Oats
Snack 1: Protein Bar
Meal 2: Chicken Burrito Bowl with Double Protein (added 1 serving of light mayo on top)
Post-Workout: 2 Scoops of Simple Plan Snickerdoodle Protein
Meal 3: 8 Ounce Salmon Build-a-Meal with Jasmine Rice and Fajita Vegetables (added 1 serving of tartar sauce on top).
This meal plan had me eating around 2,300 calories a day...but with over 200 grams of protein and high fiber I felt full the entire time. Throughout this whole process, I went out to eat and made substitutions (even through my own wedding)!
Substitutions are easy following the Simple System...when you need to go out to eat for a business dinner or for a kids birthday party...substitute the calories for one meal from your plan for another food. That's it. Don't worry about the protein and fiber, because it isn't a regular thing.
And the result of this? I dropped 20 lbs. easily over just two months following this protocol. This is the type of results we plan to build in to our Simple System meal planning so we can get our clients LONG TERM results.
