SIMPLE PINA COLADA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

This Simple Pina Colada Protein Smoothie is the perfect blend of tropical flavors and protein, making it a great option for a post-workout snack, a refreshing breakfast, or a healthy treat any time of the day.  Enjoy the creamy texture and the refreshing taste of pineapple and coconut while getting a good dose of protein to fuel your day.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop of Simple Plan Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions

1. Add ingredients to blender of choice ( I used a Nutribullet) and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Serve with a pineapple slice or cherry if desired.
